In order to maintain professionalism and consistency in using Zoom, it is suggested that all staff and faculty download the attached JPG files and use it as your Zoom background while conducting school business. Special thanks to Brooke Clugh for the suggestion and for creating the jpgs.
First you must download the files at the bottom of this screen by clicking on Download. This will save the JPG to your Download folder.

1. Launch Zoom. Once it starts, click on the up arrow next to Stop Video. Select Choose Virtual Background.
2. Click on the + button to add a new background. Find the Wilson background you saved to your desktop or folder and choose it. Click on it in the Settings window to switch your background.
3. Navigate to Downloads, choose your image and select Open.
Here are some tips from Zoom for using a virtual background:
- To achieve the best virtual background effect, use a solid color wall behind you.
- Do not wear clothing that is the same color as the virtual background.
