Introduction

The Technology Support Center is a one-stop-shop for all SMSD Technology-related needs. The Support Center provides easy access to frequently asked questions, links to Technology policies, links to employee resources, a knowledge base of technical support articles, a place to request technical support from a member of the SMSD Technology Department, and a place to access tools to remotely access other computers.

Logging into the Support Center will allow users to view submitted tickets as well as "private articles" only able to be seen by internal users.

This article will provide the steps needed to log into the Support Center.

Logging into the Support Center

  1. Navigate to the Support Center by going to http://support.smsd.us.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Login.
  3. The Support Center will attempt to log you in using your Microsoft Office 365 credentials automatically. If you are not logged in automatically, you will be prompted for your SMSD email address and password.
  4. Once logged in, you will be redirected back to the Support Center. Your name (or username) will appear at the top-right corner of the screen.
