This happens when laptop has gone fully dead.


1.  Hold down the power button until the keyboard lights shut off.
2.  Then single press the power button (the keyboard will light up again) and then immediately start pressing the F12 key repeatedly until it brings up the boot manager screen.  
3.  Choose the NVMe disk drive from the list (it will show a strange name, depending on the model of the drive, something like KBG240ZNNS256G NVMe KIOXIA 256GB. It will have NVMe and 256GB in the name), select that option and it should boot Windows normally.
