Logging in to the SMSD Tech Support Center 

1. To login to the Tech Support Center please go to https://support.smsd.us/ support/login 

2. Look for the customer login at the bottom of the login page and click the “Login here” link. 

3. Follow the prompts to “Pick an account” or enter your email address. 

4. When prompted, enter your pass phrase/word and click the “Sign in” button or press Return on you keyboard. 

5. You can now access the support site to refer to knowledgebase articles or submit request for Tech support.
