Introduction
Google Arts & Culture has come a long way since it started in 2011. The homepage is where you can start your exploration of Google Arts & Culture. It is refreshed daily, so when you find something you like, click on the heart icon to save it. You can share it with your Google Classroom using the share link. If you want to search for a particular topic, use the quick search magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner.
Small sampling of Historical Events:
Teachers can take students on virtual field trips. Explore Jordan and learn more about Petra. Virtually hike to Machu Pichu. Visit not only to places like the Great Barrier Reef, but the moon, art museums, and inside a cell!
There are over 400 downloadable lesson plans in different subjects. Check out this one for Literature, or this one on Asian Puppetry.
You can do virtual tours and see a currated vault of great artworks from more than 2,000 museums and archives.
