Q: How do I view and apply to jobs as an internal applicant?

A: To view or apply to jobs as an internal applicant, you must currently be employed by SMSD and you must login with an internal TalentEd account.  Login at the top of the page and all postings (internal & external) will appear under the job listings tab.

Q: How do I create an Internal Account?

A: Select the “Internal” button enabled at the top right of the screen which will take you through the process of creating an internal account. Choose “Yes, I am an employee”  and you will get an application screen.

Q: I forgot my username or password. How can I retrieve it?

A: From the main job listings page, click the link "I Forgot My Password." Enter your email address into the box and your information will be sent to that email address.
